Due to exceptionally high volume, please be aware that the current processing time for uniform orders may be up to 3 business days from the date we receive your form. Please Note: As soon as your order is ready, we will contact you by phone or email. Some orders may have items that are backordered. We will respond to your initial order with the ETA for that product, although it does not guarantee we will have possession of it at that time.

Top Pack Defense is a dealer for Point Blank Body Armor. Services we provide include:

  • Expert Guidance: Help selecting the right armor based on price, weight, size, and protection level
  • Vest Visualization: Build and preview your setup using the Point Blank Vest Builder
  • Customization Options:
    • Free screen-printed names and back panels with vest purchase
    • Optional embroidered upgrades for enhanced durability
  • Duty Gear & Accessories: Wide selection of MOLLE attachments and duty gear in black, navy, kydex, and basket weave finishes

All of these services can be performed on an individual level in-store with no appointment necessary. We can also provide this service for a full/partial department at your location. To set up a time for your department email uniforms@toppackdefense.com to discuss a time and place that works best for you! Delivery of pouches and other duty gear for your department can also be arranged during an appointment. 

Returns

Top Pack Defense maintains a 30-day return policy on eligible merchandise. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted for embroidered or altered uniforms, damaged or soiled items, products missing tags, or items exhibiting standard wear and tear resulting from duty use.
